Participating in HGTV's Change the World, Start at Home Campaign was a first for RTP. Not knowing what to expect we were more than delighted at the tremendous response. Ambassadors shared networks and voters spread the spirit – for that we are eternally grateful. On March 27 Pepsi Bottling Group employees will volunteer with RTP to create the Logan CDC Carlton Simmons Community Technology Center in memory of their coworker who was killed on January 1, 2009. Mr. Simmons grew up in the Logan area, and we are pleased to be part of creating a legacy for his neighborhood. In partnership with the Rebuilding Together National Office, PBG will provide similar support to ten communities nationwide. |
