For RTP, Back-to-School means that half of the 1,000-member volunteer corps has returned. Wharton Graduate students are taking a leadership role in West Philadelphia Operations. University of Pennsylvania undergraduates are raising funds and building awareness. Graduate and doctoral students across Penn are joining forces. RTP has hired Patrick Cobbs as the first Volunteer Development Associate. He will be recruiting and supporting skilled and general volunteers, House Management Teams (HMTs), and volunteer groups.
