Carrie Rathmann, Executive Director. Carrie joined RTP as Executive Director in December 2008. Prior to RTP she was the Program Director for PHILADELPHIA READS where she created, facilitated and evaluated programming in addition to organizational capacity building and development. Before that, she taught for many years in the Baltimore City Public Schools and Kennedy Krieger Institute. She also started and ran her own business in Baltimore. Jen Wootten, Administrator and Program Coordinator. Jen has been behind the scenes of RTP since 1994. As Administrator, Jen provides support to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and all committees of RTP. As Program Coordinator, Jen works on expanding the volunteer network for rebuilding projects and committees. Her skills have grown with the organization and the world of technology, starting with database management and evolving into website management, e-mail broadcasting and online social networking. Prior to working for RTP, Jen was the general manager of a small financial printing company. She is a 1991 graduate of Drexel University. Jen can be contacted at jenw@rebuildingphilly.org.
Jim Coburn, Operations Manager. Jim joined RTP as part-time Operations Manager in April 2010. In the balance of his time he is an Associate at Space Design Incorporated where he manages Interior Design and Architectural projects. In his role as Operations Manager, he assists with project coordination and planning as well as hands on interfacing with volunteers and homeowners on Rebuilding Days.
