Nelson Acevedo, Vice Chair

Nelson is Vice President and community consultant for PNC Community Development Banking.  In this position, he is responsible for increasing business partnerships with nonprofit community organizations in the five-county Philadelphia region as well as sourcing lending and investing opportunities and financial education.  Prior to PNC, Acevedo was a Senior Loan Officer at Citizens Mortgage Corporation.

Nick Allen

Nick Allen is project manager at Radnor Property Group LLC. During his career Nick has been involved with over $250 million of development projects totaling over 1 million square feet. He brings a long history in collaborating with institutions of higher education for design, planning and project management. At Radnor, Nick plays a key role in fostering projects through predevelopment including financial modeling and analysis continuing through design and construction to completion.

Robert Bellinger

Robert is the President and CEO of ASB Real Estate Investments, a division of ASB Capital Management, LLC. He has more than 20 years of real estate investment experience, and has completed $9.5 billion in real capital transactions during his career. Prior to joining ASB, Robert worked with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and Trammell Crow Company. He has received a BA from Haverford College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Robert is the founder of Rebuilding Together Philadelphia.

Brittany Brooks

Brittany Brooks is the Global Director of Analytics & Insights at GSK. In this position, Brittany is responsible for optimizing the commercial model at scale through the use and application of advanced analytics, AI and machine learning. Prior to joining GSK, Brittany held roles in marketing and analytics delivering customer-centric data-driven solutions across consumer packaged goods, automotive, medical, publishing and luxury goods industries. Brittany graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in Criminology and Psychology and has a Masters in Social Psychology from the University of Chicago.

Jean DelFerro

Jean DelFerro is an occupational therapist currently employed by Einstein Healthcare Network, working at MossRehab with patients with neurological diagnoses. She has a BA from Boston College and an MS in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University. She is proud to be a part of an organization with such impact on Philadelphia residents continuing to remain healthy and safe in their own homes and neighborhoods.

Joseph Falco, Board Chair

Joe is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Dalach LLC, a virtual education management and investment company. Previously, he was a solutions-based consulting professional, focused on building the client’s “bottom line” through strategic and business planning, plan implementation and execution, financial management, access to capital and coalition and team building.  Joe has a BS in Accounting & Finance from Drexel University and a MBA from Saint Joseph’s University.

Matthew Guinan, Treasurer

Matt Guinan is Director LEED AP at L.F. Driscoll Company where he has worked since 2004. Driscoll is the largest locally-based construction manager in the Philadelphia region. Matt first volunteered with RTP in 2011. He appreciated that he could be involved in his local community, in addition to being able to put his construction and project leadership skills to use to help and work alongside a homeowner.

Imani Hamilton, Secretary

Imani is the Founder of Finance by Faith LLC. As a real estate finance professional for over 15 years, she now provides personal financial coaching to individuals and real estate consulting services to small businesses, organizations and churches who desire to purchase commercial real estate. Previously, Imani was a commercial real estate lender with Wells Fargo. Imani has a B.S. in Math from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Rory Hertzog

A Vice President in the commercial real estate finance group at M&T Bank for the past 13 years with over thirty years of experience in commercial banking, mortgage banking and capital markets financing.  Primary lending focus is within the Mid-Atlantic region, however previous origination positions involved nationwide commercial real estate lending.  Expertise includes loan origination, credit underwriting, portfolio management, loan servicing and compliance. Previous institutional employers include Citizens Bank, First Union Capital Markets, GMAC and Marine Midland Bank.  Educational background includes undergraduate school at Millersville University and graduate school at the University of Delaware.

Arlen Klinger

Arlen oversees the Retail Taxable and Municipal Fixed Income Trading desks and is responsible for the execution, trading and marketing of Janney Montgomery Scott's retail Fixed Income product lineup. Arlen joined Janney in 2002. Prior to that, he worked at IBJ Lanston in New York City trading treasury futures and options in the overnight electronic markets.  Arlen graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Finance.

Melvin Singleton

Melvin is a Chief Inspector with the Philadelphia Police Department.  Born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia, Melvin has been part of the Philadelphia Police Department since 1993 and has climbed through the ranks and served in many assignments throughout the city.  Melvin received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University, a Master's Degree in Public Safety Management from St. Joseph’s University and was also part of the 514th Civil Engineering Squadron of the Air Force Reserves for 10 years.

Adolf Unoarumhi

Adolf Unoarumhi is a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP focused on helping companies drive growth to achieve their corporate objectives. He is responsible for advising clients how to navigate IT related complexities surrounding Merger & Acquisition transactions. Adolf has a B.Sc. in Management Information Systems from Drexel University. Adolf first volunteered with RTP in 2018 and valued the level of impact that he could make in his local community working alongside homeowners and other volunteers.

Michael Walker

Michael A. Walker, Esq., is the founder of The Walker Firm.  Michael is a sought after litigator with one of the fastest growing firms in the area.  As a seasoned litigator, he has spent hundreds of hours in court all over the Commonwealth primarily serving Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, Bucks and Berks County.  Michael has the honor of being one of the top 100 African American Litigators awarded by the National Black Lawyers Association.

Susan Wysor Nguema

Susan is an Assistant Professor at West Chester.  As a social work professional for ten years, her areas of expertise include global issues in social work, housing, and legal services.  Previously, Susan was a Homeownership Advocate with Philadelphia VIP.  Susan received her Bachelor’s degree from La Salle, a Master of Science in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MSW from Temple University.
