  • Geovannie Albertorio-Aponte

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Geovannie (Geo) joined RTP in April 2021. He is a skilled foreman and prides himself on his communication skills and patience. He grew up in Kensington and Fairhill and is fluent in Spanish. His extended family continues to live in these neighborhoods. Geo is excited to be part of a team repairing the very neighborhood where he grew up. He can be reached at 267-289-2944.

  • Brandon Alcorn

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

    Brandon is the Director of Operations at Rebuilding Together Philadelphia, where he has worked since September 2015. During his time at RTP, he has helped inspect and manage repairs in over 500 homes. He is passionate about improving the quality and equity of life in neighborhoods across Philadelphia. Prior to joining RTP, Brandon was a Project Manager for Penn Global at the University of Pennsylvania and a Senior Modeler at Lustick Consulting.   • Jett Biggert

    DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

    Jett joined RTP in September 2021, bringing with them a myriad of experiences ranging from theatrical stage management to internet infrastructure installations. They earned their Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University. Jett is proud to be working on making homes healthy and safe in the city they call home.   • Hector Espinosa

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Hector joined RTP in May 2023. He loves construction, cooking, and being a servant to others. Hector is grateful to be part of an organization whose mission is to repair, revitalize, and rebuild safe homes in our Philadelphia community. As a young person who grew up in homes that needed serious repair, our mission is deeply personal for Hector. He sees RTP’s work as a way to interrupt the cycle of pain that many of our neighbors go through.

  • Kelly Guajardo

    COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    Kelly Guajardo joined the RTP team in September 2022. She cut her teeth in nonprofit communications at a NYC-based organization supporting Latinx survivors of domestic and sexual violence. There she deepened her understanding of and appreciation for storytelling as a tool for healing and liberation. Prior to that she organized with low-income residents of San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood on quality-of-life issues including housing, public safety and community investment.   • Ron Harmon

    CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

    Ron joined RTP in January 2020 as Carpenter with 15+ years of experience in carpentry, landscaping and plumbing. Ron is a familiar face to our staff and volunteers, having volunteered at several Block Builds. Prior to joining RTP, Ron worked as a Licensed Plumber with Art Abraham Registered Master Plumber, an RTP contracting company.   • Tian Henderson

    JUNIOR CARPENTER

    Tian grew up watching her father, a carpenter, work on projects in her home and developed a deep love for home repair and construction. As a mother and as a homeowner, she understands just how important it is to have a safe and healthy home. Tian brings a diverse set of skills and experiences, including work in healthcare and ocean freight shipping, and much enthusiasm to RTP.

  • Andrea Johnson

    PROGRAM MANAGER

    Andrea Johnson is a mother; a grandmother; an Alpha Sigma Lambda; an entrepreneur; a motivational speaker; a passionate, responsible and caring community advocate and activist; the Founder of GIRL U CAN DO IT, INC. (GUCDII); and State Lead for PA & NJ Operation Turkey. Andrea has also worked to help save lives from domestic violence, human sex trafficking, homelessness and HIV. She firmly believes housing is healthcare and every human deserves to have accessible and affordable housing.

  • Ashley Justice

    JUNIOR CARPENTER

    Ashley joined RTP in February 2023 as a Junior Carpenter. Prior to joining RTP she attended Orleans Technical College and graduated in 2022. She joined RTP because she loves giving back to the community.

  • Gerardo Ruiz Tovar

    PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

    Gerardo joined RTP in September 2021. Before joining RTP, Gerardo worked at Keep Indianapolis Beautiful -an environmental non-profit in Indianapolis, IN- as Programs Manager for their Adopt-A-Block and Great Indy Cleanup programs. There he was able to help communities and neighbors attain a better quality of life through community litter cleanups, tree plantings, and placemaking. Gerardo is excited to continue working at the community level and to connect with Philadelphia residents as he gets to know his new hometown. He can be reached at 317-456-2394.

  • Sadie Troup

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Sadie Troup joined the RTP team in January 2023. She dove into community organizing through her work with the Housing Now Philly encampment movement of 2020. There she joined a mutual aid laundry group that washed and folded clothes for unhoused residents, slowly building long term relationships with community organizers and unhoused folks throughout Philadelphia. Moving into this role, Sadie hopes to further her knowledge of housing programs throughout the city and strengthen her connection to those putting in the crucial work.   • Stefanie F. Seldin

    PRESIDENT & CEO

    Stefanie joined RTP as Executive Director in November 2013. Before coming to RTP, Stefanie was the managing attorney for Philadelphia VIP, an agency that recruits volunteer attorneys to assist low-income residents facing civil legal problems threatening their basic human needs. Shelter is first on that list of needs, and housing issues have been Stefanie’s focus for the past 10 years. Stefanie aims to put the housing difficulties faced by low-income families in the hearts and minds of thousands of volunteers.   • Esther Wiesner

    DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

    Esther joined RTP in March 2018. She brings to the organization nearly 20 years of development experience, the last ten of which was in the capacity of consultant with The Lapin Group and EHL Consulting. Esther has provided fundraising counsel to a diverse portfolio of prominent nonprofits both in the US and abroad and has a background working in community revitalization organizations in the Philadelphia area.
